With Keyforge being randomly generated, I wanted to make a randomly generated aember token. The design is fairly simple, done in OpenSCAD. Feel free to modify and adapt. There is probably cooler ways to do things. Hit 'Open in Customizer' to and choose a number of tokens, and get a batch to 3D print. I'll be updating this with a bit more functionality for scale, better randomization, etc. in the future. I've been printing with support just to be safe, but if you've got good part cooling, you'll...

I took the Makie's pumpkin with the mouth sectioned opened up, enlarged it, and added a pocket on the bottom for a common 38mm tea light. I also enlarged the witch's hat made for the Makie's pumpkin so it would fit the bigger pumpkin. The disc is glued to the bottom of the hat and reflects light back down to make the pumpkin glow brighter. Print the disc in the same color as the pumpkin or in white to make it even brighter. This mount will allow you to replace the stock 30mm electronics cooling fan with two 40mm fans. The mount also changes the angle of the fans so they are parallel with the main board which directs the airflow through the fins of the stepper driver heatsinks. I use 12V fans wired in parallel to a buck converter connected to the same output as the original fan. Update 3-21-20: I've added a second version with the fans lowered and spread apart a bit for situations where more than the four stock...

These are profiles I made in Cura for the LEO. I based them off of my Simplify3D and PrusaSlicer profiles. I tried to match the results I get from the other two slicers but unfortunately the results are not as good. I would suggest using one of the other slicers with this printer. There are five files included. Profile 1. Hiprecy LEO - ABL: This profile runs the bed leveling routine prior to printing and saves the results to the EEPROM for future use with Profile 2. Follow the steps in the PDF...

I have a box of tissues in every room of my house. I made these to dress them up a bit and they also keep the boxes from lifting off the table when you pull tissues out. The bottoms of the covers are not meant to touch the surface on which the tissue box sits. This keeps them from scraping the surface and doesn't let the box of tissues flop around inside like the store bought ones. They fit most of the cube style boxes I've tried. There are two styles, one with chamfered edges and one with...

The spool holder included with the Mega-S is nice but I do not like where it's mounted. I wanted it up high and out of my way. I designed these holders to be rigid and aesthetically pleasing. The spool holder has a small contact patch so that the spool spins smoothly. I like having a scrap bin on my desk for pieces of supports, rafts, brims, etc. I figured I would make one in the same style and include it with the spool and tool holders. Print the holders with the fronts facing down on the...

When installing Drylin bearings in the Y carriage, the bearings tend to bind after tightening the set screws for the rods. These fix that problem. They let the rods float in the mounts while keeping them in place. Remove the set screws and slide these over the mounts. Print standing up with a brim or raft. Updated 11-28-19: Changed slightly to hold the rods a little tighter.

This spacer goes in between the Y carriage and the belt mount. This lowers the mount so the belt runs true and even on both sides. It's quite far off from factory. You may need longer screws.

If you have had the bed heater thermistor wires break off on your Mega-S like I have (twice), then you need this. It snaps under the Y carriage and keeps the heater wires secured in place so they don't flex when the bed moves back and forth. Updated 11-5-19: Added a second piece that guides the wire coming from the base. This sends the wire up and back to keep it from snagging on the Y rod mounts and Y motor sprocket. Print it with the cutout side down. I had to use a brim. Updated 11-9-19:...

These press onto the stock battery nuts on the B74 so you don't have to use a nut driver to change the battery. There are several lengths provided depending on the size battery you are using. I use the 0mm in the back and front for my Reedy Zappers SG2 4800Mah. If you need a size that isn't here, let me know and I will create it for you. You can't use the slicer to stretch them because the extra length has to be in the center for them to fit properly. These are a tight fit so that they do not...

I made this for my Seymour movie screen remote control. The remote supplied is decent but it is rounded on the back and slippery. I was always having a hard time finding it and it would never stay in one spot for long. This stand makes it so much easier when it comes time to lower or raise the screen. It stays put, is angled up toward you, and looks nice.

This is a simple bracket to keep the bed wire from folding over onto the Y axis aluminum extrusion as the bed moves to the rear which then kinks it at the bed connection. I'll work on a better bed connector also as time allows. You'll need 2 M3x8 screws and T-Nuts to secure this to the extrusion.

These replace the factory part cooling fan ducts on the LEO. The factory ducts seem nicely made but do a terrible job of cooling. They pretty much just blow air at the heater block and behind the nozzle. These custom ducts direct the air flow toward the nozzle where it belongs. With this design my overhangs went from shabby looking at 50 degrees to decent looking at 70 degrees (see photo). Print them right side up with or without supports. I printed them without supports and got a little bit of...

This bed handle fastens to the bottom of the Y carriage using the end of the corner screw that holds the heater plate to the carriage. There are just enough threads sticking down to screw the nut on. Don't try to get it too tight or you will strip the nut. If you have a longer screw to put there, do it. I didn't have any and mine are holding fine so far. I made right and left versions. I put both on mine because I have OCD and it makes it symmetrical, and it looks cool.

The extruder/hotend assembly on the LEO is only held onto the X carriage with 2 small screws and a narrow bracket. This makes it prone to flexing. I'm not sure how much this affects print quality but I'd rather it be more securely attached. I designed this brace to be sandwiched in between the carriage and the extruder assembly to prevent the flexing. Installation: -Remove the 2 M3 screws holding the extruder assembly to the X carriage. -Remove the zip tie holding the harness to the carriage....

I designed these to replace the metal stud like mounts that come from factory on the Elf. The metal mounts transfer and amplify any stepper noise through the top metal plate of the printer. This is a lot more noticeable at higher speeds or with LDO steppers. These new mounts dampen the stepper noise by separating the motors and plate with plastic. The mounts are 2 pieces. You will need 14 M3x10 screws to install them. I also replaced the top 8 factory screws with longer ones to get more bite...
